Simmons & Simmons Application Process
Before making an application to Simmons & Simmons, make sure you are familiar with their application process.
Stage one
The first step of the application process is an online application form, where you’ll be asked about your academics and achievements. There will also be a judgement test to see if your working style is in line with the firm.
Stage two
The next stage is an assessment of your verbal and logical reasoning via an online test. There will also be a written exercise, where you’ll be asked to analyse a piece of text, and a video interview, where you’ll be required to answer some competency and scenario-based questions.
Stage three
The final stage is an assessment centre, during which you’ll complete a wide range of assessments to decide if you’re right for each other.
