TLT LLP Application Process

Stage One

All applicants for Bristol, London, Manchester and Glasgow start by completing an online application form.

Stage Two

Successful applicants for Bristol, London, Manchester and Glasgow at the application form stage will be invited to attend an assessment centre.

For the vacation scheme, this is a half-day assessment centre, which includes a half-hour strengths-based interview, a group exercise and psychometric tests. If accepted onto a vacation scheme, you will also be given a strengths-based interview and a presentation assessment.

For direct training contract applicants, you will attend a full-day assessment centre, which includes a strengths-based interview, a group exercise, psychometric tests and a presentation assessment.

Belfast Application Process

If you apply to the Belfast programme, you will complete the following, in order:

Online application form
Vacation scheme
CV and cover letter application
A full-day assessment centre, which includes a strengths-based interview, a group exercise psychometric tests and a presentation assessment.
