How many training contract vacancies are there?
The firm has 2-3 places at their Manchester office and 32 at their London office?
Can I still apply if I don’t have a 2:1 or AAB grades?
Yes, as the firm no longer has minimum grade requirements. BCLP even uses RARE contextual recruitment, allowing them to understand your achievements in light of your personal circumstances.
If I am unsuccessful in my application, will I receive feedback?
Unsuccessful candidates receive email feedback on their application form if they were unsuccessful at the assessment stage.
Does the firm have a preferred LPC provider?
BCLP prefers their trainees to study at the BPP law school, as they have a tailored course just for BCLP. Your application will not be affected if you already completed your studies at a different law school.
How will the firm support me during my studies?
You’ll be put in contact with a trainee buddy, who will answer any questions you have along with the graduate recruitment team. Via email, you’ll be kept up to date on any developments at the firm, and will be invited to join any societies, socials and firm-wide events.
