We have a dedicated Equality and Diversity Committee, which is headed up by a Partner and meets every two months. In addition to working on specific projects, the Committee looks to monitor and review the firm’s approach to equality and diversity to ensure that the firm is doing everything it can to maintain a diverse and inclusive working environment.

Diversity Awards & Achievements:
We were recognised by the Black Solicitors Network as the most diverse law firm in the UK top 50 in late 2015. We were given special recognition for our diversity and inclusion initiatives at graduate recruitment level by AllAboutLaw in partnership with Aspiring Solicitors in late 2016.
