Profile:
I am an Associate in the employment team at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP. I was the first member of my family to go to university. I started my training contract at Charles Russell Speechlys in September 2012 and qualified in September 2014 into the employment team. I predominantly do work for employers with a focus in the Retail, TMT and Financial Services sectors. I also have considerable experience advising on sex discrimination and equal pay cases for senior females working in the financial services sector. I am dyslexic, but Charles Russell Speechlys has put in place support and equipment to allow me to do my job effectively. I am a member of the firm’s disability diversity sub-group committee and passionately believe in diversity & inclusion.
