Profile:
Melina, an Associate in the Capital Markets Group with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, represents arrangers, asset managers and warehouse finance providers on multi-jurisdictional securitisation and structured finance transactions across a variety of asset classes, marketplace lending, CLOs and loan warehouse facilities. Melina also has ‘in-house’ legal experience gained through client secondments with BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse and Barclays Bank PLC.
Melina completed her legal training at Mayer Brown International LLP and has over five years experience at the Financial Ombudsman Service. As a trainee solicitor, Melina worked in the Corporate and Investment Banking Legal team at BNP Paribas, the Banking and Finance department and the Insurance and Reinsurance department at Mayer Brown. Whilst at the Financial Ombudsman Service, Melina held operational, managerial and technical positions including Head of Operational Planning, Analysis and Planning Manager, Executive Assistant and Adjudicator.
