Profile:
I trained at a regional firm in Wimbledon originally qualifying as a Solicitor in Commercial Real Estate. I switched to Corporate at around 3 years PQE (and never looked back). I have been fortunate in that every firm I have worked at has positively encouraged and supported the need for embracing diversity. I think this is an important cultural factor that every business should be alive to.
