I accepted a training contract at Travers Smith in my final year and was fortunate to have been sponsored by the firm to complete the PGDL and LPC.
Providing access to diverse talent is important to me because I want to work in an environment which reflects the cosmopolitan and global society, we live in. Our work is often cross-border and having diverse talent will allow us to build and strengthen our international relationships with our partner firms and clients.
