Profile:

I work in-house at Rothschild & Co supporting the global advisory business with the drafting and negotiation of various contractual documentation required to enact M&A, debt and equity transactions and investor advisory mandates.

In addition I undertake ad hoc project work including FCA applications and the production of Rothschild & Co’s annual modern slavery transparency statement.

I trained and qualified at Reed Smith.

As a first generation graduate from a low income family, diversity and inclusion are important to me.
