The Opportunity

Formula 1® is again partnering with Aspiring Solicitors to offer a summer vacation scheme in their legal department to first-year law students from underrepresented groups.  The purpose of this scheme is to help improve diversity and representation in the legal profession.

This is an opportunity to gain experience at a high-performing in-house legal department undertaking a broad range of commercial work, and a unique chance to be part of the exhilarating environment of Formula 1®.

About Formula 1®

Formula 1® racing began in 1950 and is the world’s most prestigious motor racing competition, as well as the world’s most popular annual sporting series.  The 2024 FIA Formula One World Championship™ runs from March to November and spans 23 races in 20 countries across four continents.

We are committed to building a more diverse and inclusive sport, breaking down the stereotypes associated with a career in motorsports and encouraging people from all backgrounds to get involved, as we aim to create a diverse Formula 1® that reflects the world in which we race.
