My Law Firm

Profile:

I am an Associate in the Intellectual Property & Commercial team at Farrer & Co, having qualified in September 2019. During my training contract I did seats in Banking, Private Client, Family, Commercial Property and Intellectual Property & Commercial.

I studied Philosophy and Theology at Durham graduating in 2010 and then went on to do an MA in the History of Art at the Courtauld Institute of Art in 2011. Before converting to law I worked in the arts and cultural heritage sector training at the British Museum as a curator.

Changing to a career in law was at first a daunting process and a big commitment financially. It was also not plain sailing. But while I did not have a network of friends or family contacts to help me navigate the legal sector, I was helped by a couple of kind people who gave me some sound advice and took the time to share their experiences with me. I am keen to give the same help to others on their journey into the legal profession.

Please do get in touch if you have any questions – any questions at all!
